Shipping Methods
We typically ship orders using trusted third-party freight carriers. For larger shipments that require freight handling, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient curbside pickup. Please make sure you provide an accurate phone number at checkout to facilitate timely delivery.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase and payment authorization. When your order ships, a follow-up email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress will be sent to you.

Address Modifications
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations
