Our complete Price Promise Assurance is subject to the following conditions:

• The competitor’s website must not be a discount or auction platform (for instance, eBay).

• The retailer offering the lower price must be an authorized seller of the item.

• The matched price will be determined based on the product’s base price, applicable sales tax, and shipping costs.
